No — ever. Locumize charges only the monthly subscription based on your tier. There are zero per-placement fees, zero percentage markups on provider rates, and zero hidden charges. You pay your provider directly through Stripe; Locumize collects only the flat subscription fee.

All assignment payments are processed through Stripe. Funds are held in Stripe escrow and automatically released to the provider via ACH once the facility approves the submitted timesheet. Stripe also manages provider 1099 tax forms at year-end. Your monthly subscription is also billed through Stripe.

Initial NPI verification is done on the Locumize backend against the NPPES database — physicians receive a Verified badge and can apply to assignments once confirmed. Full verification and continuous monitoring is handled through Provider Trust (a standalone service managed by the Locumize admin team) and is triggered after a job offer is accepted and the assignment contract is signed.

No. Physicians access the Locumize platform entirely free of charge. They keep 100% of their negotiated rate — there are no placement fees, commissions, or subscription charges for providers.

None. All Locumize plans are month-to-month with a simple 30-day cancellation notice. No annual contracts, no lock-in, no early termination fees. This is by design — traditional agencies lock you into contracts; Locumize competes on results and the product.
